Who We Are

With decades of experience in Washington, DC, Sean Farrell, Founder & CEO, possesses in-depth knowledge regarding law and policy affecting multiple economic sectors, as well as congressional procedure. He has worked for members of Senate Republican Leadership, including Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO). Additionally, Sean has worked for Representative Anne Northup (R-KY-3), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, and Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) - the first person to Chair both the House and Senate Agriculture Committees. He also worked for Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR-2) as a Professional Staff Member on the House Energy & Commerce Committee. In addition to his government service, Sean has worked in the private sector as a Director of Government Relations for US Telecom Association, and as an adjunct professor at the George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management, teaching a seminar on Congress & Cybersecurity.

In 2019, Sean left the House Energy & Commerce Committee to serve as Legislative Director for Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), and in May 2021 became her Chief of Staff. In August 2023, Sean left government to found East Capitol Advisors.

Originally from Kentucky, Sean received his B.A. from Northern Kentucky University (NKU), and his M.A. from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
